Stakeholder Program Update Meeting -Dhading District

An update program was organized in coordination with Education Coordination Unit (EDCU), Nuwakot and four municipalities- Dhunibesi, Galchhi, Gajuri and Tharke at Galchhi municipality office on August 3, 2025. The objective of the program was to update the stakeholders about assessment, learning and development findings and to plan together for supervision and monitoring of assessment. In total, 12 participants attended the program.

  Process

	Mr. Netra Lal Sunar welcomed participants and initiated the program with the introduction session. He continued the session with the presentation about the completed and ongoing activities of the project.
	Mr Omkar Basnet did a presentation on the findings related to children who screened positive for developmental delays and disabilities. Mrs. Rejina Gurung explained why some children are screened as global disability instead of some form of mental or physical disability.
	The program concluded with a question-and-answer session in which education officers showed keen interest in assessment tools to which Golden Community proposed to provide the form and address further queries.
	The chairperson of the program concluded with the gratitude of remarks and committed for continued support for the program.
